Let me introduce myself in a little more detail…
For 15 years now I have been and still am consistently experimenting with different psychological approaches: Counseling Psychology, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Zen Coaching and Family Constellations. I have a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s in Education and Human Rights. I have been trained theoretically and experientially in Dramatherapy for one year. I am a yoga teacher and a Light Language Practitioner. I honor the body as a universe, always have been and will be exploring it through theater and singing. I am deepening more and more on breathwork and meditation practices. Currently I am studying on feminine-womb yoga. For the past years I have been participating in women’s circles, shamanic ceremonies, Buddhist and Vedic rituals and retreats. I am applying myself first all of the practices I might use with you and I am proudly saying that even though the beginning of my studies has been theoretical, I have let experience guide me, teach me and heal me in my own journey. This is where West starts meeting East for me. My journeys in India have been and will always be my biggest life lessons. I have received lots of alternative therapies and I may be not able to offer all of them to you, but I can always refer you to one of the accredited professionals my community consists of in case you want to receive the benefits of massage, shiatsu, healthy nutrition, acupuncture, Chinese herbs, hypnosis, Reiki, Ayurveda treatments (ie. Panchakarma), Theta healing, Shankaprakshalana (yogic body cleanse), silence retreats, womb healings.
